Jacuzzi, which is based on kukui, is the baseboard for MT8183 chromebook laptops. One strange quirk with kukui is the coreboot bootblock is stored in the RO ec firmware region. The MT8183 SoC can't natively boot from SPI flash storage, but can boot from eMMC. The ec emulates a specific part of the eMMC specification to send the bootblock to the SoC on boot. The bootblock loads the rest of coreboot from SPI flash."
